In a godown, the wheat stock is 25% of the total stock held and the rice stock is 40% of the total. The wheat stock is what per cent of the rice stock?

Take the total stock as 100 units: wheat = 25 and rice = 40. Wheat as a per cent of rice = 25/40 = 0.625 = 62.5%. 160% is 40/25, the comparison the other way round. 15% is the gap of 15 percentage points, which answers a different question altogether, and 65% simply adds the two shares.
